Philadelphia, PA – On January 4, 2022, at 5:52pm, three unknown black males were walking by the Tip Top Nail Salon located at 53 North 11th Street when one of the suspects threw a rock at the window causing the glass to shatter. The suspects then fled the area and were later captured on surveillance* video. Damage to the business was valued at $3,ooo.
