BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – Please help officers locate 62 year-old Michael Lowe.
Mr. Lowe was reported missing on November 21, 2021, from the 2300 block of Barclay Street. He is known to walk the neighborhood during the day but has not been seen by family members.
