Suspect Sought in Burglary in Northeast D.C.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Fifth District seek the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect in reference to a Burglary One offense that occurred on Wednesday, October 6, 2021, in the 1300 block of Girard Street, Northeast.

At approximately 4:53 am, the suspect entered an occupied residence at the listed location. Once inside, the suspect took property then fled the scene.

The suspect was captured by a surveillance camera.
