COLUMBUS, OH – On August 29, 2021 at 2:14 pm, officers were dispatched to a shooting in the 3300 block of Kenaston Dr. Upon arrival, officers located one juvenile victim, who was shot in the left arm. The victim was transported to an area hospital in stable condition.
Detectives learned that a tan vehicle drove past the victim, stopped and one of the passengers fired at the victim multiple times. There were two additional juveniles with the victim when he was shot but they were not hit.
It was later learned that two houses were struck by the gunfire but no one was injured. This incident is still under investigation.
