ATLANTA, GA – On Sunday, July 25, 2021, at around 3:20 am officers responded to 516 Elmwood Rd NW on a report of a person shot.
On scene, officers found an adult male with a gunshot wound. The victim reported he had been at a nightclub where he was involved in an argument over a pool game. The victim advised that later he was walking when a vehicle drove past and someone inside the vehicle shot him. It was later determined that there were also warrants for the victim’s arrest for parole violation.
The victim was taken to the hospital in stable condition and will be taken to the Fulton County Jail once released. The investigation is continuing.
