WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Americans aren’t sure whether President Joe Biden’s whisper sessions on national television were old man cute or old man creepy. Biden was responding to alleged comments of business owners saying they can’t find workers and he whispered, “Pay them more.”
It was like the signature line of a any suspense movie antagonist, Biden went on whispering. While many on the left on social media thought the whispers were cute and witty, most of the right felt they were downright creepy.
Here’s another one of Biden’s whisper sessions. For the first time in American history, U.S. employers are competing against the state and federal government for workers. Federal stimulus checks and unemployment bonuses are keeping people out of the workforce because they can make more money sitting at home than going to a job.
