EUSTIS, FL – On Friday, April 16, 2021, detectives with the Sex Offender Squad responded to the Lake County Fair in Eustis in reference to receiving intelligence that 39 year old William T. Korn, was working the fair as an electrician. Detectives learned that Mr. Korn had an outstanding warrant out of Colorado for Child Sex Assault which is a nationwide no bond warrant.
The charges listed in the warrant include Sexual Exploitation of a Child (Video 20+), Sexual Assault Victim 15-18, and Sex Assault 10 year age difference.
After conducting surveillance and working with fair officials, detectives located Mr. Korn, verified the warrant, and took him into custody. Mr. Korn was then transported to the Lake County Jail and is awaiting extradition.
