Avon Lake man wins $500,000 on lottery scratch-off ticket

AVON LAKE, OH – Robert Adkins of Avon Lake is celebrating a top prize win of $40,000 a year for 25 years on the Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off, Millions.

Robert chose the cash option prize of $500,000. After mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent, he will receive $360,000.

Robert purchased his winning ticket at Circle K #5586, located at 11 S Cleveland Massillon Rd. in Fairlawn.
