HOUSTON TEXAS – President Joe Biden visited storm-ravaged Houston, Texas to speak with the American people on that state’s last natural disaster. This is an evolving story as we are not quite sure exactly what Biden was trying to say or the point he was trying to make once exiting Air Force One. Biden’s speech got off to a very rough start.
