TULSA, OK – A man shot in the parking lot of the Town Square Apartment complex in Tulsa has become the city’s first homicide victim of 2021.
According to Tulsa Police, on 1/5/2021 at 11:37 pm, 30-year-old Donza Settles, was shot in the parking lot outside of 1616 E Young, Town Square Apartments.
Police officers found him there and attempted life-saving measures at the scene. Settles was transported to a local hospital, where he died of his injuries.
