WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell says the show is back on and the U.S. Senate will continue the process of formalizing the election victory of former Vice President Joe Biden and Kamla Harris.
“The United States and the Senate will not be intimidated. We are back at our posts. We will discharge our duty under the Constitution for our nation. And we are going to do it tonight,” McConnell said moments ago. “They tried to obstruct our Democracy, the failed. It only underscores how crucial the task is before us.”
