MILLSBORO, DE – The Millsboro Police Department is searching for a known registered sex offender now wanted for the sexual solicitation of a child under the age of 18 years. The Millsboro Police are asking the public’s help in locating Dennis Fletcher, Jr. Police also claim Fletcher exposed himself. As of now, he is facing charges of -Sexual Solicitation of a Child Under 18, Sex Offender unlawful sexual conduct against a child and Indecent Exposure First Degree.
