VISALIA, CA – Police are still investigating a shooting that took place Tuesday night in Visalia.  Police are now reporting three men were shot outside the Little Caesar’s restaurant.  All three are expected to survive. The shooting that was reported yesterday at approximately 5:00 PM at the Mary’s Vineyard Shopping Center located at Ben Maddox Way and Noble Avenue is still under investigation.
