PORTLAND, OR – Two people were shot near 122nd Avenue and Halsey Street in Portland on Tuesday as gun violence and shootings continue across the city. On December 8, 2020, at about 11:10 a.m., Portland Police responded to area of Northeast 122nd Avenue and Northeast Halsey Street regarding a shooting. Officers came into the area and found that two people had been shot. Both were transported to area hospitals.
