STATEN ISLAND, NY – The news media is saying hundreds, but it appears now to have been thousands of protesters who took to the streets in Staten Island to protest Governor Andrew Cuomo’s new draconian anti-business COVID-19 lockdown that sets curfews for small businesses, prohibits indoor dining and after raid on a local business, Mac’s Public House.

A huge group of people gathered outside the Staten Island bar β in the middle of a COVID hot zone β that was shut down last night by police for violating pandemic safety rules. Many could be seen carrying the American flag. https://t.co/wNY30RhP1l pic.twitter.com/c4CLajRio7
