Watch: Stolen car dumped in Medford lake

Medford, MA – The Massachusetts State Police found a stolen car out of Boston dumped in a pon near Medford Wednesday morning.  “When the need arises, we can conduct a search operation by land, water, and air,” MPD said. “This morning, our Air Wing and Dive Team searched Doleful Pond in Stoneham after State Police-Medford patrol responded to a report of a submerged vehicle. MSP Divers determined there was no body in the submerged Jeep. Our Air Wing crew conducted an aerial search and located no victims or suspects in the area. The Jeep was subsequently determined to have been stolen from Boston.”
