Chicopee, MA – On Friday, November 20, 2020 Narcotic Detectives from the Chicopee Police Department with assistance from the Western Massachusetts Gang Task Force executed a search warrant at a residence located on Marshall Avenue. During the course of the search warrant, Narcotic Detectives located over 350 grams of cocaine, an illegally possessed firearm and over $28,000 in currency.
The following individuals were arrested as a result of the search warrant:
31 year old Alex Perez of Marshall Ave. is charged with:
*Trafficking Cocaine (200 grams or more)
*Possession with intent to Distribute Class D Drug
*Possession of Class B Drug
*Possession of Class B Drug
*Possession of Class E Drug
*Possession of Firearm without License
*Possession of Ammunition without FID Card
*Possession of Firearm in Felony
71 year old Felix Perez of Marshall Ave. is charged with:
*Trafficking Cocaine (36-100 grams)
65 year old Rosa Cruz of Marshall Ave. is charged with:
*Trafficking Cocaine (36-100 grams)
