PHILADELPHIA, PA – On November 9, 2020 at 12:31 am, the victim, a 25 year-old male, was inside his house on the 2xx block of West Jefferson Street when he heard a loud noise. When he went to check what the noise was he observed a bullet hole in the 2nd floor window and a hole in the ceiling. No injuries were reported during this incident.
