Controlled Burning – The New Jersey Forest Fire Service has notified the Lacey Township Police Department that they will be conducting controlled burning this afternoon (Wednesday, January 6, 2016) in the Whiting area of Manchester Township. Residents in the Bamber Lakes section may experience smoke conditions throughout the afternoon and evening. Likewise, persons driving in the area should exercise caution.
