Toms River Pizzeria Closes its Doors

TOMS RIVER-Nino’s Coal Fired Restaurant in Toms River this week shut its doors.  The popular pizzeria at the corner of Route 9 and Cox Cro closed after 10 years in operation at the location.

The company posted the following message on their Facebook page this week:

After long consideration, it is with a heavy heart that after nine wonderful years, Nino’s Coal Fired Restaurant is closing our Toms River location. We are very grateful to everyone who has supported us and we want to take this time to thank our loyal customers for their support. We will be focusing 100% on our brick location and we truly hope you will continue to be a part of our family. From the entire Nino’s family, thank you and we hope to see you soon.

After having 5 restaurants, only the Brick location remains.  Nino’s Coal Fired chains in the Ocean County Mall, Oakhurst and Long Branch Pier Village have all since closed.
