Joy Rider Ends up in Jail After Police Discover No-Bail Warrant

BERKLEY TWP- On April 6th, 2018 Sergeant Joseph Robertazzi and Patrolman Don Rowley responded to the area of Forrest Hills Parkway near the entrance of Garden State Parkway North to investigate a report of an erratic driver.

The original caller reported that a male subject operating a silver Toyota Highlander was driving at a high rate of speed and cutting off other motorists. The Officers located the actor vehicle on Veterans Boulevard and initiated a traffic stop.

During the investigation it was discovered that the driver, Matthew S. Bundy (age 27 of Brick Township), had an active No Bail Warrant out of the Ocean County Sheriff’s Department and he was placed under arrest. Matthew was processed at Police H.Q. and remanded to the Ocean County Jail.
