Coming Soon: Left Turns Out of Toms River Target Shopping Center

Shore News Network

Via Patch –  Drivers exiting the Toms River Target shopping center will no longer have to make illegal u-turns in the old “TJ Maxx” plaza to go south on Hooper according to a report in Patch today.

Since its opening it has been the pet peeve of shoppers in the plaza, which seems to be the only major shopping center along Hooper Avenue in Toms River without such an accomodation.

“The Ocean County Board of Freeholders is moving forward with a plan to redesign the traffic signal on Hooper Avenue at the Target and Michael’s shopping centers, the board announced,” Patch reported.
