JACKSON-Hundreds of line workers assembled today at Six Flags Great Adventure in anticipation of storm-related power outages.

“Crews from Canada-based Hydro-Québec are lined up at our staging site at Six Flags Great Adventure in Ocean County, and they are ready to assist with restoration efforts should the heavy, wet snow cause power outages,” JCP&L said in a statement. “Staging sites operate like mini-cities because they offer hundreds of line workers and support personnel a place to rest, eat, refuel and stock up on supplies as they work safely and quickly to restore customers’ power.”
