HOWELL-The Howell Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a male suspect committing a lewd act during an afternoon showing of the “Emoji” movie at “Xscape” movie theater on Route 9 in Howell on July 28, 2017.

A female patron watching the movie with her children and friends noticed the male, depicted in the attached surveillance still image, with his pants unbuttoned, zipper undone and hand down his pants.
