WILMINGTON, DE – On May 14 at approximately 2:31 p.m. members of the Drug, Organized Crime and Vice Division executed a search warrant in the 800 block of Kirkwood Street. Police took 41-year-old April Davis and 35-year-old Marzette Dollard into custody without incident. Police recovered 120 Ecstasy pills, 2.1 grams of cocaine, drug paraphernalia and $2,856 in currency.
Davis was charged with the following offense:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver
- Possession of a Controlled Substance in Tier 3 Quantity
- Endangering the Welfare of a Child (6 counts)
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
She was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and released on $43,100 secured bail.
Dollard was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver. He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and released on $2,650 secured bail.
