The Ocean County YMCA in Toms River to host upcoming Open House Events.

TOMS RIVER, NJ – Strengthen your heart this Valentine’s Day at the Ocean County YMCA in Toms River! The OCYMCA will host upcoming open house events on Friday, February 14 and Sunday, March 1.

The special Valentine’s Day Open House will feature free health and fitness classes from 6am to 8pm. Choose from Aqua Fitness, Ageless Cardio and Strength, Chair Core, Yoga, H.I.I.T. Tabata Max, Pickleball and more! Schedules are available here. Those in attendance can also take advantage of exciting membership incentives, waived enrollment fees and a free fourth Smart Start Session with a Personal Trainer. All attendees will be entered into a drawing for a free 90-day membership. The winner will be selected on Monday, February 17 (winner need not be present).


If you are unable to attend the Valentine’s Day Open House, there will be another opportunity for you to try the Y on Sunday, March 1 from 1pm to 4pm. Those interested are invited to stop for a swim in the competition-sized pool and workout at the OCYMCA’s state-of-the-art Family Activity Center (FAC).
